Payroll and employer-of-record services stay outside Worker Vault. We can map what your agency already runs today in a demo.
Managed permit renewals or government approvals?
Immigration filing, renewals, exits, and government approval services are yours to run. Worker Vault records, tracks, and flags what your team enters.
Legal advice or compliance guarantees?
Worker Vault is decision support software, not legal advice, certification, or a compliance guarantee.
Automatic document reading?
People upload evidence and people review it. There is no automatic document reading on the product baseline.
Per-item email or WhatsApp reminders?
Digests are scheduled summaries. Worker Vault does not send a separate alert for every queue item.
PDF reports, audit packs, or historical rebuilds?
Current Excel exports and handover workbooks are in scope. PDF audit packs and reports that rebuild an earlier date are not.
Public signup, billing, or trials?
There is no self-serve signup, billing checkout, or trial on the website. Onboarding is assisted after you send an inquiry.

Yes. Worker Vault supports Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Singapore, and the list is not a limit. If you work in another country, send us an inquiry and we will set up your workspace for it.
Can workers or partner agents log in?
